What Furniture is Provided in Each Room?
Linden & University Court double rooms:
2 beds, 2 dressers, 2 night stands, 2 desks, and 2 desk chairs.
Northpointe double rooms:
2 beds, 2 dressers. 2 double-door wardrobes, 2 desks, 2 desk chairs, and a love seat.
Regular Single rooms:
1 bed, 1 dresser, 1 desk, 1 desk chair, and 1 nightstand.
All rooms are equipped with twin extra-long mattresses (36" x 80").
Damage & Repairs
Throughout the year, any damage to furniture in the residence halls should be promptly reported to the Housing and Residence Life at (201) 692-2250. Residents should not attempt to make repairs themselves. No furniture or furnishings are to be removed from the rooms. Mattresses are to be used on bed frames provided and not on the floor. All beds must be freestanding on the floor, supported by legs, and attached to the bed frame. A charge will be assessed for removal of furniture items left behind.
Residents are not permitted to bring additional furniture into the residence halls not authorized by the Housing and Residence Life or the Department of Facilities.
