Top Notch: FDU Ranks
Several recent higher-education rankings affirm the value of an FDU degree
As part of its annual “Best Colleges” rankings project, Money magazine rated colleges for helping students achieve more than may be expected based on their academic and economic backgrounds.
Fairleigh Dickinson University ranks number 5 in the nation for “The 50 Colleges That Add the Most Value” list. To develop this list, Money reviewed colleges across the United States, comparing graduation rates, earnings and student loan repayment.
“Money magazine’s ranking of Fairleigh Dickinson University in the top 10% of colleges in the U.S. for increasing student economic mobility is an affirmation of what we have long known -- namely that FDU provides a high quality education and an FDU degree prepares students for successful careers,” said FDU President Christopher A. Capuano.
In Money’s overall college rankings, FDU also fared well and was rated fourth in New Jersey. This list, the “Best Colleges For Your Money,” combined educational quality, affordability and alumni success, and featured the top 711 colleges in the nation.
U.S News and World Report
FDU ranks number 22 on U.S. News and World Report’s best value school for the northern region. The University also made the grade for “Best Colleges for Veterans,” “Best Regional Universities North,” and “Best Undergraduate Engineering Programs.”
