Tiffany Keller-Hansbrough

Ph.D from State University of New York at Buffalo in Organizational Behavior.

Dr. Keller-Hansbrough teaches Organizational Behavior and Leadership courses at the undergraduate and MBA level. She has previously served as Director of David Brain Leadership Program at Baldwin-Wallace College and on the faculty of University Richmond. Her research focuses on leader-follower relationships, implicit leadership theories, destructive leadership, and levels of analysis issues and appears in Leadership Quarterly, Human Relations, Organizational Research Methods, and Journal of Applied Social Psychology. Dr. Hansbrough is a member of Academy of Management and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
