Dr. Bear teaches human resource management, business ethics, organizational behavior, and pharmaceutical management.
His research interests include the willingness to mentor, factors influencing mentorship quality, and the role of trust in mentoring and coaching relationships. Prior to joining FDU he worked for over twenty years in the pharmaceutical and consumer products industries in human resources, general management and marketing. He has also served as an executive coach and strategy consultant in a variety of industries.
