Robert Irwin

Professor Robert Irwin, CFE, CAMS, MBA, is a graduate of Monmouth College, West Long Branch, NJ with a  bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Accounting.  He received his MBA from Rider College, Lawrenceville, NJ. He is currently a Vice President, Group Manager of the Financial Intelligence Unit, US for TD Bank.  After a distinguished 23 year career, Professor Irwin retired from the United States Department of Justice, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives as the Resident Agent in Charge of the Camden and Atlantic City Offices.  Before joining ATF, he was a Special Agent with the Internal Revenue Service-Criminal Investigations Division.   He has extensive experience investigating tax evasion, money laundering, firearms and narcotics trafficking, tobacco diversion, and arson and explosions.  Professor Irwin can be reached at
