Interests, courses taught:

My interests and expertise are in revenue management (e.g. hotel pricing, yield management, revenue maximization) as well as how to increase customer satisfaction. Courses taught have included: Leadership, Hotel Operations, Managerial Accounting, and Financial Management.

Credentials, capsule biography:
I recently joined Fairleigh Dickinson University’s International School of Hospitality and Tourism Management’s in the Fall of 2012 and teach various undergraduate and graduate hospitality management courses.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Florida International University and a Masters Degree in Hospitality Management from Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration.

My hospitality work experience, which consists of 15 years of experience, is primarily in the area of Revenue Management and Front Office operations, most of which was spent with Marriott International. Some of my previous management positions have included: General Manager, Director of Revenue Management, Director of Rooms, Manager of Revenue Analysis, and Front Desk Manager.

I have acquired many awards with Marriott, some of which included: Marriott’s Leadership Excellence Special Award, Golden Circle Bronze Award, and multiple regional revenue management awards for Hotel with Most Improved RevPAR.
