Supervision of Law Enforcement Personnel

This program is designed to enhance the skills of law enforcement/public safety supervisors to effectively, ethically and competently manage their personnel. This program will be offered on three consecutive days for each part with at least one month between the levels.

Fall 2019, Part I

College Credit

Students who enroll in a degree program through Fairleigh Dickinson University’s Petrocelli College and wish to receive 3 college undergraduate or graduate credits must: 1) complete all six days, 2)  develop a master project that includes a research component that addresses a specic issue designated by the County Chief’s Association or the individual’s department chief. The project will be reviewed by a faculty member to ensure compliance with the research aspects and may be assessed by the county prosecutor and the chiefs for possible implementation.
