Metropolitan Campus Student Mail Services
Residents may request a mailbox for the academic year, by submitting a Mailbox Request Application, via their MyHousing account. Residents that receive monthly statements, from their bank or a credit card company, are highly encouraged to request a mailbox. Residents that do not expect to receive mail on a regular basis, and do not request a mailbox, may still have mail sent to the SUB Mailroom by having their mail addressed with “SUB Mailroom” instead of a box number.
Mailbox Numbers & Combinations
Once Mailbox Request Applications are processed, residents that request a mailbox will receive an email with their assigned mailbox number and combination.
Mailboxes are located in the lower level of the Student Union Building.

Change of Address Form
At the end of each academic year, or if a student vacates their room before the end of the contract period, the student is responsible for completing a Change of Address via MyHousing.
The Mailroom is located in the lower level of the Student Union Building. All mail is generally placed in resident mailboxes by 12 noon of each business day. Packages can be picked up during mailroom hours.
