Project management course offered at Fairleigh Dickinson University

Teaneck, N.J. (February 25, 2016) — Fairleigh Dickinson University is offering a course in project management at the University’s Metropolitan Campus in Hackensack, N.J. The class will meet once a week on Mondays, from 6:30 – 9:30 p.m., March 14 through June 6, 2016.

Project Management is a 12-week, 35-hour course designed both for individuals looking to learn about the project management process, as well as managers looking to obtain the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) designation.

The course will cover project areas such as scope, time, cost, communication, and integration management. The framework of project management will be applied in the areas of human resources, procurement, risk, quality, ethics, and conduct requirements.  The course will conclude with an overview of the PMP exam.
