FDU’s O.Berk Company Family Business Forum helps family and closely-held businesses leverage social media
Madison, NJ (November 25, 2014) The O.Berk Company Family Business Forum’s fall seminar series will feature David Deutsch, Chief Strategist, Synergi Social, on Thursday, December 4 at Fairleigh Dickinson University’s Florham Campus. The forum will take place from 4 - 6 p.m. in Hartman Lounge, Hennessy Hall. Deutsch will be presenting on the topic, “Evolving Trends in Social Media.”
Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram — not sure where to begin or improve? The Forum has designed a session that will help family firms leverage social media, to save time while still investing in the online and community growth of their companies. David Deutsch, a social media expert, will be on hand to provide expert and practical tools to stay on the cutting edge of relevant social media for family and closely-held businesses. Attendees will learn how to attract new customers via unique marketing, engage more current clients, and collaborate within and outside of their industries.
Attendees are welcome to bring their Smartphones, tablets or laptops for hands-on learning, or they can be "hands-free" without devices and learn from the instructor, who will have plenty of engaging and interactive visual examples. This presentation will be geared toward family businesses, and anyone with an interest in family business is encouraged to attend. Come meet fellow family firms, network, and learn about the inner workings of family enterprises.
The event is open to the public. Admission is free for first time guests, and registration is required by December 2. For more information or to register, call the Rothman Institute at (973) 443-8842 or visit www.fdu.edu/family for their full schedule of O.Berk Company Family Business Forum events.
