"Legend of Lead Belly" screening at FDU

In honor of Black History Month, Fairleigh Dickinson University is hosting an exclusive screening of Legend of Lead Belly, presented in partnership with Smithsonian Channel and Cablevision.

This new documentary traces the life and legacy of Huddie "Lead Belly" Ledbetter, who battled poverty and racism to become one of the great musicians of the 20th century and a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee. Interviews with everyone from Van Morrison to Robby Kreiger of The Doors highlight Lead Belly's influence on musicians across many genres.
