Madison, NJ – On Wednesday, June 15, the Rothman Institute of Innovation and Entrepreneurship hosted the Morris County Chamber of Commerce and Morris Tech Meetup “Becoming Silicon Jersey” event on the Florham Campus in Lenfell Hall. The event opened up with dinner and networking followed by a panel discussion about making New Jersey the next Silicon Valley. Included on the panel was (above, from left) Mario Casabona, founder of TechLaunch; Stephen Socolof, founding Managing Partner of New Venture Partners; Chip Parmele, founder of tech.Konnect; and Aaron Price, founder of the Propeller Festival.


Michael Michalowicz, author of the Pumpkin Plan, entrepreneur, and former small business columnist for the Wall Street Journal ended the evening with a keynote speech about his many different adventures as an entrepreneur.
