Drucker podium AICUNJThe Association of Independent Colleges and Universities in New Jersey (AICUNJ) recently celebrated retiring Fairleigh Dickinson University President Sheldon Drucker for his many accomplishments and years of service.

N.J. Assemblywoman Mila Jasey (D-27) presented Drucker with a proclamation honoring his work at the association’s annual spring dinner. Nearly 200 guests attended the event, which also celebrated Barbara-Jayne Lewthwaite, who is retiring as president from Centenary University in Hackettstown, N.J.

“Both came to their presidencies through years of dedicated service to their respective institutions. Both leave having impacted the lives of thousands of students who chose their classrooms to realize the dream of a college education,” according to a news story on the AICUNJ website.
