Fairleigh Dickinson University is the largest private university in New Jersey — thousands of people cross paths on the school's two N.J. campuses every day. Have you ever stopped to wonder: who are these people? What story do they have to tell?
“Almost everyone has heard of Humans of New York. Folks of Fairleigh is our take on the same concept — to explore the untold stories of FDU students, faculty, and staff,” says Ruben Flores, director of Residence Life at FDU’s Metropolitan Campus.
The #FolksofFairleigh series will take a glimpse into the lives, inspirations, hopes, fears, aspirations, and lessons learned, of the people at FDU. “We are excited to show the ‘human side’ of the University,” says Flores. “There are currently about a dozen stories posted on our Instagram account. We want to keep the project going, posting a few new stories each month.”
