Sally Rutherford

Adjunct Professor of Law, Silberman College of Business Administration

Professor Rutherford teaches Business Law and Business Ethics. Her past experience includes the following: one year as a Corporate Attorney with Lowenstein, Sandler PC (Roseland, NJ); twelve years with Standard & Poor's Corporation (NY) as a Senior Vice President and Director of the Municipal Finance Department; and graduate and undergraduate internships with the U.S. Department of Defense, and the cities of Roanoke, VA and Charlottesville, Va.

Her academic credentials include a J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law-Newark, an M.A. in Public Administration from the University of Virginia, and a B.S. in Public Administration from Ferrum College.
