Professor Raymond Davis, joined the part-time faculty of Fairleigh Dickinson University in the Fall of 2003. In addition, to a Master of Administrative Science Professor Davis completed as Bachelor of Arts degree from Richard Stockton College of New Jersey (now Richard Stockton University), graduating with High Honors and Program Distinction in Criminal Justice.

Professor Davis started a career in law enforcement in 1987 and continues this day as a Chief of Police of a department with 120 sworn and unsworn personnel. He is a graduate and previous instructor of the West Point Leadership and Command course. He has received over 30 awards during his career to include Cape Atlantic Officer of the year, Atlantic County Narcotics Officer of the year and a Gallantry Star for bravery.

Professor Davis teaches in FDU’s Master of Administrative Science and Community College partnership programs. He has previously taught Customer Service for non-profits, Business Administration, Productivity and performance, Managing Change, Implementing Change and Leadership.
