Matt Coyle is a retired Captain with the Egg Harbor Township Police Department (Atlantic County) with 26 years’ experience. He is currently a training instructor with the Transportation Security Administration serving as lead for the Federal Air Marshal Instructor Development Program. Additionally he instructs Blanchard’s Situational Leadership II and DISC to TSA Supervisory staff. From 2000 to 2006 he has been the lead instructor for the New Jersey StateChiefs Association’s Command and Leadership Academy, a course provided to senior leaders in policing throughout New Jersey, Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Virginia
