FDU introduces FDU HealthPath Forward, a strategic initiative to address healthcare workforce shortages. This program combines interdisciplinary education, industry partnerships, and innovation across health sciences, business and technology. Key elements include new academic programs, workforce training, a Healthcare Innovation Center and community initiatives—all aimed at transforming healthcare education and enhancing patient outcomes.

Transforming FDU

FDU is embarking on a strategic transformation to enhance the student experience and align academic offerings with today’s critical in-demand careers. After an extensive review of FDU’s offerings — including consultation with faculty — the University will be discontinuing a number of programs on the New Jersey campuses and will be strengthening programs that lay the groundwork for student success in high-demand sectors.
