Professor Schultzer is a full-time lecturer of law in the Accounting, Taxation & Law Department since 2007. He holds a J.D. from Seton Hall University and is an alumnus of Fairleigh Dickinson University Class of 1973, having earned his B.A. in Economics and Political Science. Professor Schultzer has been practicing law since 1977 in various positions, ranging from Associate General Counsel for Servisco, General Counsel to Lee Myles Associates Corporation, and currently in private practice as a sole practitioner. As a sole practitioner, his concentration is focused on small business law. He renders legal advice to small businesses preparing and reviewing contracts, leases and related documents. He also represents clients in connection with the organization, purchase and sale of small business, as well as real estate transactions. Professor Schultzer is a member of the Morris County and New Jersey Bar Associations. At FDU, he teaches a variety of law classes both at the undergrad and graduate level.
