Admissions Dates and Deadlines
Applications for undergraduate admission are processed on a rolling basis and students may apply at any time prior to the start of classes. However, all students are encouraged to apply at their earliest opportunity to allow ample time to complete the application process and be considered for scholarship.

Application deadline to receive priority consideration for scholarships and grants.
Preferred deadline to file the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
Recommended application deadline for fall admission.
Enrollment and housing deadline (students who observe this deadline are guaranteed campus housing).
Transfer Student Admissions
We encourage you to apply as early as possible before your anticipated term of enrollment, but no later than April 1 (Summer term), August 1 (Fall term) or December 15 (Spring term).*
Applicants seeking to enroll in any graduate degree or certificate program, or to register for classes at Fairleigh Dickinson University, must formally apply for admission.
Students are encouraged to apply at their earliest opportunity to allow ample time to complete the application process prior to the start of classes. Most graduate applications are processed on a rolling admissions basis throughout the year.
The Exceptions are:
- Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology: December 15 deadline for Fall
- Psy.D. in School Psychology: March 1 deadline for Fall
- M.A. in School Psychology: March 15 deadline for Fall
M.A. in Forensic Psychology: May 15 deadline for Fall
Graduate degree admissions: Graduate admissions for Vancouver Campus
Undergraduate degree admissions: There are no application deadlines for Bachelor Degree Programs. Students are admitted on a “rolling basis”. Applications for the upcoming trimester are accepted up until the start of classes.
