The Henry P. Becton School of Nursing offers programs in Nursing & Allied Health Technologies. The School offers a B.S. in Nursing, Accelerated B.S. in Nursing, RN to BSN to MSN, M.S. in Nursing, Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), and Certificate Programs in Nursing Education, Nursing Information Systems, and Adult Nurse Practitioner.
The Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) has clinical tracks in Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner with Education or Administration focus, Adult Gerontology Forensic Nurse Practitioner, Family Nurse Practitioner, Family Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing, and non clinical tracks in Education and Information Systems.
Post Master’s Certificate Programs
Individuals holding an MSN degree may earn a Post-Master’s Certificate in Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, Family Nurse Practitioner, Family Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Nurse Educator and Nursing Information Systems.
The School also offers programs in Allied Health technologies with major in Respiratory Care. The programs offered are A.S. in Radiography, B.S. in Radiologic Technology, B.S. in Medical Technology, B.S. in Clinical Lab Science with two tracks Cytotechnology and Medical Science, B.S. in Health Information Management, M.S. in Medical Technology, Doctorate in Physical Therapy, and B.S. in Medical Imaging Science with four major areas of study: Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Nuclear Medicine, Cardiac Sonography and Vascular Technology.
