The cutting edge programs and courses offered by the Management Department lead the way toward a successful career in business. We continually review and modify our programs and courses to deliver the most relevant and up-to-date curricula.

We offer a Management major in the undergraduate program specializing in either Leadership or Human Resources. You can also major in general Business Administration, with an optional concentration in Sustainability Management.

We also offer minors in Leadership, Human Resources, and Sustainability for business students as well as non-business students.

The Leadership major prepares you for a career in management through emphasis on ethical management practices, leadership skills and styles, team management, and project and change management. You come away with a better understanding of themselves and working with others.

Human Resources

The Human Resource major exposes you to best practices and specific techniques for managing the talent in an organization, including recruitment, selection, employee development, retention and engagement.

Sustainability Management

The Sustainability Management major prepares you for various career paths in the expanding green economy. The major exposes you to the people-planet-profit connection via an interdisciplinary curriculum (e.g., management, marketing, supply chain, entrepreneurship). The interdependence and relationship between business and society is explored with a whole systems perspective.

Experiential learning, service learning, and internships are key components of our curricula.

MBA Programs

At the graduate level, we offer an MBA specialization in Management as well as in Pharmaceutical Management. The Management specialization focuses on leadership, change management, sustainability and human resource management. The Pharmaceutical Management specialization prepares you for managerial positions in the pharmaceutical industry, through an interdisciplinary curriculum.

You can also specialize in Healthcare Management through our Executive MBA program. This interdisciplinary program further develops growing and seasoned managers in the healthcare industry through cutting edge curriculum and expert faculty.
