Tracey Early is the Managing Principal of Untracht Early LLC, which she co-founded with David Untracht in 1993. Under Tracey’s Tracey Earlymanagement, Untracht Early has grown from a firm of four to a firm of nearly 125 employees with offices in New Jersey, New York, and Florida. In addition to her role as Managing Principal, Tracey also leads the firm’s Family Office Services practice and oversees both the Assurance Services and Outsourced Accounting and Business Support Services practices. She provides high-touch, concierge-styled consulting services to high-net worth individuals, their families, and their closely-held businesses and has extensive experience serving clients in the financial services industry, as well.

In 2013, Tracey was recognized by Accounting Today as the “Hands-on Pioneer” winner and one of only ten Managing Partners, nationwide, to make it onto the 2013 MP Elite list. Criteria for consideration included: being a partner with a plan, being entrepreneurial and pioneering, valuing their people, valuing technology, and going beyond mere “managing” to true leadership. In 2012, Tracey was named as an honoree by Executive Women in New Jersey as part of its Salute to the Policy Makers and was also named to the Leading Women of New Jersey’s Top 25 List of 2012 New Jersey Leading Women Entrepreneurs. Most recently, she was honored as one of the Best 50 Women in Business by NJBIZ.

Tracey also serves on the Advisory Council for Dress for Success Morris County, a not-for-profit organization that promotes the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire, a network of support, and career development tools to help them thrive. Tracey received a Bachelor of Accountancy from George Washington University and is a licensed CPA in both New Jersey and Virginia.
