FDU’s 2018 Membership Drive

To be eligible for membership in the Order of the Sword and Shield, an active student must:

  • be enrolled in an academically accredited institution (FDU)
  • have completed fifty percent (50%) of the credit hours required for graduation
  • be a current homeland security, intelligence, emergency management, or protective security studies major, minor or certificate program student *
  • have a cumulative undergraduate GPA of at least a 3.25 in a 4.0 system or its equivalent, or have a cumulative graduate GPA of at least 3.50 in a 4.0 system or its equivalent, or be in the top 20% of the class, and
  • agree to uphold the core values of excellence, knowledge, ethics, and peace.
