How to Apply: Step-by-Step Guide

 

Q1. How do I apply for Korean Program?

  1. Understand the Korean Program and decide your major
    (BA: Business / Liberal Arts or AA: Liberal Arts)
  2. Check your checklist needed to apply
  3. Submit your application along with supplemental materials through mail or online
  4. Receive an admission letter and I-20 (International student only)
  5. Meet with an academic advisor register for courses

 

Q2. When do I submit application form?

Applications are accepted year-round for admission in the spring (January-April), fall (September-December) or summer I (April-July) semesters.

 

Q3. When is the deadline for application?

Applicants in the U.S.
Applicants from abroad
  • Fall Semester: August 10
  • Spring Semester: December 1
  • Summer Semester: March 15
  • Fall Semester: July 1
  • Spring Semester: November 15
  • Summer Semester: March 1

 

Q4. What are the application requirements?

  • Minimum high School GPA of 2.5
  • Completed application 
  • Official transcripts from your secondary school 
  • A copy of green card (if applicable)
  • Official transcripts from your college (Transfer students ONLY)

  • A bank letter in your name or the name of your sponsor. The statement must be in U.S. Dollars and must be dated within the last six months
  • An affidavit of financial support signed by your sponsor (the person whose name is on the bank statement) and stamped by a notary public
  • A copy of information page (Visa, I-94) in your valid passport
  • Completed transfer form (Transfer students ONLY)
  • Official transcripts from your college (Transfer students ONLY)
  • Copies of all I-20s (Transfer students ONLY)
