Fairleigh Dickinson University’s International School of Hospitality and Tourism Management — the region’s premier hospitality management program — has joined forces with the Hudson County Community College to offer an exciting learning opportunity for its graduates of the Culinary Arts Institute. A leader in culinary education for many years, HCCC’s Institute offers one of the region’s only two-year program accredited by the American Culinary Federation.
Through this unique partnership, FDU offers onsite classes at HCCC for students seeking a bachelor’s degree that will complement their culinary training, broaden their career options and prepare them for greater management responsibilities.
FDU’s B.A. in Individualized Studies enables graduates of the Culinary Arts Institute to earn their bachelor’s degree faster than they ever thought possible by offering:
