Chris Droussiotis has been a member of the International School of Hospitality and Tourism Management adjunct faculty since 2002 and has taught the following courses:

Professor Droussiotis’ training and expertise is in the area of Investment Banking. Possessing over 18 years of experience and has worked for numerous corporations in various executive management positions including Vice President at :

  • Bank of America
  • CIBC Oppenheimer
  • Mizuho Financial Group
  • Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp
  • Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi Trust

In preparing for his career Professor Droussiotis secured the following educational qualifications:

  • B.S. in Business and Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University
  • M.B.A. in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University

In addition to his degrees, he worked as a Teaching Assistant at Fairleigh Dickinson University in the areas of Mathematics and Business Statistics. He also was credit trained at Bank of America and completed advanced professional development courses in corporate taxation at New York University.

Currently Professor Droussiotis is president and founder of CSD&A, a financial consulting firm established in 1989 to assist companies with business plan development, quantitative analysis, financial modeling, enterprise valuation, M&A, and debt and equity capital procurement. In addition, he manages a portfolio of over one billion dollars in hotel investments for the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi Trust.
