About the Program

Project Management is a 13-week course (one evening per week) designed for experienced managers looking to obtain the Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) or the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) designation. This 39-hour program is offered on FDU's Metropolitan Campus and is intended for both novice and experienced project managers.

Project Areas to be covered include scope, time, cost, communication, and integration management topics as well as the project management framework in the areas of human resources, procurement, risk, quality, ethics and conduct requirements.  The course will conclude with an overview of the PMP exam.
