The 72-hour course covers all project management areas, including scope, schedule, cost, communication, and integration management topics. Additional focus is given to project management framework in the areas of human resources, procurement, risk, quality, ethics, and conduct requirements. The course concludes with an overview of the PMP exam.

Using Microsoft Project – MCP Certification – New Course!

Microsoft Project gives you robust project management tools with the right blend of usability, power, and flexibility, so you can manage projects more efficiently and effectively.

This class will cover effectively modeling, scheduling, resourcing, communicating, collaborating on, and delivering projects with Microsoft Project Professional. The novice or “un-trained” project manager will learn project management concepts and terminology as well as the use of MS Project, the most popular Project Management software on the market. Work through hands-on assignments to accomplish the technical tasks which prepare you to pass the certification exam in MS Project.
