Experience: 
After graduating from Rutgers University in 1993 Alicia Williams began working at Merrill, Lynch, Pierce Fenner and Smith. She obtained her paralegal certificate and law degree as a part-time evening student while working at Merrill Lynch full-time. From 1999 through 2001 she worked as a paralegal in the litigation department at Merrill Lynch in one of their New York City offices.

In 2001 Alicia Williams began working as a staff attorney at the Community Health Law Project, a non-profit organization that represents low-income, disabled individuals and seniors in a wide range of civil actions. She remained there until December 2014, when she was hired as the Managing Attorney for the Freehold office of South Jersey Legal Services, another non-profit organization which provides free legal services to low-income individuals and seniors.
