Andrew S. Turkish is a partner in Clausen Miller P.C.'s Florham Park, New Jersey office with over 20 years of litigation experience in both state and federal courts in a variety of areas. He has worked at several large national and regional firms in both New Jersey and New York. Mr. Turkish's areas of concentration include professional liability, construction litigation, real estate litigation, premises liability, products liability, personal injury defense, and general liability matters. He is a member of the New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania bars. In addition, Mr. Turkish is an adjunct professor at Seton Hall University School of Law where he has taught both Appellate Advocacy and Legal Research and Writing, and at Fairleigh Dickinson University where he has taught Civil Litigation and E-Filing. He is the author of A Practice Guide to Wrongful Death Actions, published by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education.
Mr. Turkish received his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Bowdoin College in 1986 and his J.D. degree in 1989 from Boston University School of Law where he was an Edward F. Hennessey Scholar and on the National Moot Court Team. Upon graduation from law school, he completed a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Robert P. Figarotta, P.J.S.C and the Honorable Martin Kravarik, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Middlesex County. Mr. Turkish also attended the Trial Advocacy Institute at the University of Virginia School of Law.
Mr. Turkish is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Worral F.Mountain American Inn of Court, and the Haydn Proctor Inn of Court.
