 Corinne M. DeStefano is Of Counsel with the firm of Dalena & Bosch, LLC. Her practice is primarily concentrated on Family Law and Matrimonial Law, Family and Divorce Mediation, Collaborative Divorce, Residential Real Estate Law, Wills, Trust and Estate Law, Name Change, Business Formations, and Italian Property Law.

Ms. DeStefano received her B.A. from Fairleigh Dickinson University in May 1979 Magna Cum Laude and her Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law in May 1982.

Ms. DeStefano joined the Madison, New Jersey Law Firm, formerly known as Dalena, Dalena & DeStefano, PC where she was formerly a partner from 1990 until 2014.

Ms. DeStefano is trained in Divorce Mediation since 2000 and Collaborative Divorce since 2007, and was previously a Member of the Board, President, and Secretary, of the New Jersey Collaborative Law Group, a representative on the Board of New Jersey Counsel of Collaborative Practice Group, and is currently a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. She is also an active member of the New Jersey Bar Association and the Family Law Sections of the Morris County Bar Association.

Ms. DeStefano is admitted to the New Jersey Bar, 1982; United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, 1982; and United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, 1983.

Ms. DeStefano is a frequent speaker on Collaborative Law at Seton Hall University School of Law.
