Ensures all Sandy Products are closed in conformance with Authority approvals, Sandy Product requirements and HUD Community Development Block Grant-Disaster Recovery (“CDBG-DR”) Program regulations.   Prepares Sandy Product documents and files for closing and facilitates closing for all Sandy Products:
-
Drafts commitment letters, closing instructions, and Sandy Product documents for closing.         
-Interacts with credit underwriters, HUD programs staff, borrowers/grantees, attorneys, title companies, insurance companies, and other lenders to facilitate closings.
-Reviews title reports, various searches; communicates comments to borrowers/grantees/attorneys/title companies and advises credit underwriter of any concerns and extinguishes any exceptions and resolves issues.
