Requirements:
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word Styles, Excel and Powerpoint, and Apple mail, calendar and contacts.
Able to type at least 60 words per minute error-free and proof own work.
Familiarity with PACER, Fastcase, Firm Manager and QuickBooks, or similar technology, a plus.
Willing to learn new things that will make the job easier.
Able to work independently, make smart decisions quickly, take criticism well and deal with all types of data and people.
Able to work a set schedule Monday, Wednesday and Friday at a minimum, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., for a total of 15-25 hours. As the firm grows or if I have an emergency or am preparing for something big, able to work additional hours.
