Provide top quality paralegal duties and face-to-face, telephone, and electronic customer service/contact using Microsoft Office, All State Legal forms and other resources to prepare legal forms, contracts and file with the courts. Excellent interpersonal skills are required as we work with other attorneys and paralegals. Attire is business casual.
Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus, but not required. Being a quick learner is extremely helpful. It is very hands on time management, computer skills and invoicing capability also a must. Looking for Full-Time but flexible with hours and will consider Part-Time applicants as well.
