Hackensack attorney seeking a full-time, paralegal, office manager, to manage and build attorney’s growing Bankruptcy, Mortgage Modification and Creditor workout caseload. Seeking a highly motivated, career oriented, individual who must be extremely detail oriented, responsible and organized, with excellent personal, communication and computer skills. Applicant will be preparing and meeting with prospective clients at their consultations; preparing bankruptcy petitions, dairying/managing client caseload, drafting and filing motions with the Bankruptcy Court along with other responsibilities.

This is an opportunity for rapid growth, starting from the ground up with a well-established and experienced bankruptcy practice/sole practitioner. Applicant will be trained in all aspects of Bankruptcy practice. Background in bankruptcy, bilingual in Spanish and availability 1-2 nights per week and an occasional Saturday morning are all big pluses, but not compulsory. We are willing to train the right person. Litigation and real estate experience in NJ and/or NY also a plus.
