To be considered for admission, you must hold a bachelor's degree (in any major) or associate’sof arts degree or the equivalent of 60 semester credits from an accredited college or university. *Exceptions to this policy may be made on a very limited basis, taking into consideration such factors as work experience and commitment to the legal field.

Please submit the following to be considered for admission:

1) Completed Paralegal Application with the $25 application fee; (Apply On-line to waive the application fee):

2) A 100-200 word essay explaining why you are interested in enrolling in the program;

3) Official college transcript(s); 

4) * If you have less than 60 semester credits, you must also submit a chronological resume detailing all work experience in addition to the above. You will be notified regarding acceptance at our earliest possible opportunity. It is not uncommon to be contacted close to the start date.

5) ** If you have a degree from a foreign country, you must have your transcript evaluated professionally and successfully pass the TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) exam with a certain score.For more information on the TOEFL exam, please visit:  


  • $25.00 application fee
  • Upon acceptance, $75.00 registration fee
  • $5,695.00 Tuition (Subject to University Tuition Rate Increases)

Completed applications are reviewed regularly and applicants are promptly notified whether or not he/she has been admitted to the program. * If you are an applicant with less than 60 semester credits, you may be notified as late as the week of class starts.

Students will be entitled to tuition refunds or cancellation of charges for tuition, other than the $25.00 application fee and the $75.00 registration fee, in accordance with the following schedule below. Refunds are based upon payment of 100% of the tuition. While the University permits students to pay through deferred payment programs, refunds are not calculated on partial payments.


  Prior to the first day of the Program……………….100% cancellation of tuition

  During the first week of the Program………………. 90% credit for tuition charges only

  During the second week of the Program……………80% credit for tuition charges only

  During the third week of the Program……………… 60% credit for tuition charges only

  During the fourth week of the Program……………. 40% credit for tuition charges only

  During the fifth week of the Program………………. 20% credit for tuition charges only

  Thereafter………………………………………………No refunds of tuition and fees
