Executive Leadership Program for Public Safety Personnel
This program is designed to develop effective, ethical, and technically competent law enforcement/public safety managers with the necessary skills for leadership and command positions in their respective agencies.
This program is conducted over 10 weeks, one day per week, on Wednesday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., and two 15-minute breaks.

- Managing Organizational Change/Group Dynamics and Motivation/Organizational Behavior
- Public Presentations & Media Strategies and Relations and Crime Fighting Strategies/ CompStat/Intelligence-Led Policing

Conducted at Fairleigh Dickinson University’s Metropolitan Campus:
140 University Plaza Drive, Hackensack, Dickinson Hall, Continuing Education Suite 1134. Free parking in Edward Williams Hall parking lot behind the Boston Market at the bottom of Kotte Place or in front of the Rothman Center on University Plaza Drive.

Program offered by Fairleigh Dickinson University, Anthony J. Petrocelli College of Continuing Studies, Continuing Education Division, in cooperation with the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office and the Bergen County Police Chiefs Association.
Fees and Registration:
The cost of this program is $1,500 per student (includes lunch). Bergen County Prosecutor John Molinelli has graciously agreed to pay with forfeiture funds half the tuition ($750) for all sworn Bergen County law enforcement officers with the rank of Lieutenant or higher enrolled in this program.
