Project Management Bootcamp for Architects, Engineers, and Contractors (A/E/C)
Successful and lucrative construction projects require a blend of expertise and skill combined with effective communication among professionals. Good project management is important for A/E/C business success and applying efficient processes allows for good project management. By improving design and construction processes, A/E/C firms can improve their production, services, products, profitability and stay within budgetary/time constraints. About the Instructor
Radhi Majmudar, PE, MASCE, MBA
Radhi Majmudar has 29 years of experience in structural design, analysis and project management of buildings, bridges, industrial and environmental structures, building envelope/façade engineering, and specialty glass structures. Her construction expertise includes working alongside contractors on many types of projects including buildings, stadiums, bridges, marine and coastal structures, water and wastewater structures, as well as sculptures. She has also been able to bring organization, creative thinking, and innovative problem solving to bear on business operations at her own firm and others. She has also provided strategic and financial advice to many small and medium sized businesses.
