Nancy King

President, The Willis and Nancy King Foundation 


Nancy graduated from Manhattanville College with a degree in English and later served on their Board of Trustees both with the Executive Committee and Institutional Advancement Committee.  She is past president of the board for the Family and Children’s Services in Elizabeth, New Jersey, where she also chaired their development committee.  Nancy was a founding member of the Hilltop Community Bank in Summit, New Jersey and has served on the board of the Kenwood Home for Retired Religious.  Currently, Nancy is a member of the Board of Directors of The Center for Great Expectations which is led by Peg Wright, a current member of the FDU Board of Advisors for the Center for Excellence: Leadership, Governance and Philanthropy.

Nancy lives with her husband Willis in Summit and Spring Lake and is very active in a wide range of community and philanthropic causes.  Nancy also served on the Steering Committee for the Conference for Women in Nonprofit Leadership in 2013 and 2014.  Nancy and her husband have three children and six grandchildren and according to Nancy are all extremely intelligent and completely adorable.
